Stalker notes that the Japanese are now promoting solar power for mushroom growers. The solar-mushroom farms in the scheme are expected to yield 40 tons of edible mushrooms while the power generated could be sold annually for 140 million yen ($1.27 million).
Maybe there’s an idea in the scheme for Ireland and UK based mushroom growers? Stalker suspects that Irish growers are already panelling up big time.
