OIL FALTER

OPEC weakening of resolve to stick to supply cuts is  leading to oil prices remaining low.

Stockpiles of oil will remain above the  five year average into 2018, which means that prices may stagnate. Demand for oil is forecast to dip too.

So maybe some cheer for all us oil consumers in the near term. Of course talk of war of any type can easily cause huge spikes.

So watch that space.
