GNATS OFF

The mild and dry weather has facilitated the rise of the flies this year.

As usual there are many types of flies in the general environment as well as the phoridae and sciaridae that afflict the mushroom growing cycle.

Stalker never knew that the sciarid was also known as the  dark-winged fungus gnat.
