WINE WITH MUSHROOMS?

Wondering what wine goes with what mushroom is a gastronomic and oenophile's conundrum. Some might say drink any wine you feel like!

One recent mushroom dish with a wine  recommendation to go with it is mushroom duxelles with thyme and eaten with a slice of baguette and frisée salad.

It goes mighty well with a white Bordeaux apparently. Stalker is off to try it right now.
