Reading a piece in the health section about the importance of iron in the diet for women recently Stalker was struck by the preponderance of mushrooms in the recipes given.
The iron-rich meal ideas included scrambled eggs with mushrooms, with grilled tomato; and Omelette with chopped peppers and mushrooms.
The iron of course comes mostly from the eggs, but it's nice to see the mushrooms in there helping out the healthy diet regimens.
