Reading the info recently on the Pakistan mushroom industry Stalker was pretty gobsmacked by the profit margins that was claimed for export mushrooms from there.
As the author put it; “The export market rate while in the Canadian stores was $14 for a kilogram against our cost of $4.”
Now there’s scope for some good profits in that set up.
