Stalker was perusing the Mushroom Business magazine when an article about an EU project leapt out. The three year EU Project is called Trafoon, and it has been set up to help knowledge transfer and evaluation of the needs of growers involved in small-scale cultivation of produce, including exotic mushrooms.
Stalker had never heard of it before - and with such an odd name it certainly begs some more investigation.
Scientists from the project are canvassing for opinions on possible project ideas too.
