The PR was adamant -” Tesco exclusively launched the UK’s first ever range of mushrooms which are grown in extra light to naturally enhance their vitamin D levels similar to wild outdoor grown varieties.”
Stalker was sure that Marks & Spencer launched a vitamin D enhanced range of mushrooms a few years back.
No matter - anything that encourages the consumers to eat more mushrooms can only be good, whether from Tesco or M&S.
