UNDERPAID DOWN UNDER

The curse of worker exploitation in the mushroom industry strikes again, this time down under.

Workers were paid piece rates which made it impossible to earn a living or minimum wage.

Interestingly the Aussies have a Fair Work Ombudsman.

Sounds like a good idea to have one of those.

Hopefully the shorted workers will receive their fair dues.
