Stalker was recently reading an interview with the self-styled mushroom man, Antonio Carluccio.
At age 78 the Italian chef is still going strong, talking about sex and truffles, and about sex on truffles (as on a bed of truffles no less).
The other point of interest is that he still consults for the restaurant chain Carluccio’s, one of which is due to be opening in Belfast at some point soon. He is also writing a children’s book, about mushrooms no less, called Senor Porcino and Madame Chanterelle.
Maybe he’ll stay clear of the truffles for that tome!
