Flicking through the July issue of The Mushroom People for 1986 Stalker spotted a photo with some younger faces - David Seaby, MAiread Duffin, Jim Marks, Ingrid Clayden and Brendan Burns, all pictured after a meeting at Reen Compost.
Funnily enough Stalker spotted that the same Mairéad, now Kilpatrick, was still showing how the science stuff can be done at the 34th Mushroom Days and 19th ISMS event.
Helen Grogan from Teagasc also gave several talks on pests and diseases in mushroom cultivation at the Mushroom Week events.
