The “Ambassador to the Mushroom Industry” award winner was named at the welcoming dinner of the Mushroom Days. And the winner this year, if you weren’t there to see it, was none other than Mushroom Business editor Roel Dreve, and also jointly to Henk van Den Top.
Both winners were commended for their tireless services to the mushroom industry. Biz Editor Roel remarked that it was 15 years since he had started out as editor in chief of Dutch trade journal Paddestoelen.
The 'Ambassador' Award was first set up in 2013 and its winners are chosen by the Board of the Mushroom Days Foundation.
