Coming out of the cold winter days, the temperatures are turning up ever so slightly, the buds of spring are budding, the blooms of daffodils tell us things are warming.
The other sure sign, is flies - beginning to buzz about, small black clouds of nuisance, swirling in front of your eyes like floaters.
Flies are the enemy of the mushroom grower and must be exterminated! So, yes folks it's that time or the years again.
