A terminally ill Massachusetts man wants to be one with the Earth when he dies.
Dennis White will be the first-ever person to be buried in a bio-suit made of mushrooms when he dies — an environmentally-friendly burial shroud that will turn his body into compost. It’s called the infinity burial suit, and it helps eliminate the chemicals and carbon dioxide generated by embalming and cremation. For the eco-conscious customer it sure is the way to go!
The 64-year-old will be the first person buried in the suit, which will become available for purchase in June. The suit will cost $999, and the company is working on a model for pets, which will be about $200.
