Hard to believe that we’re just out of winter and the Balmoral Show is once more just around the corner. This year’s show is set to be 10 per cent larger than before and is a major part of Northern Ireland’s Year of Food & Drink.
Highlights include the new mutli-million pound Eikon Exhibition Centre, a 6,000 sq metre space that will add a new dimension to the three day event.
The 2016 Year of Food and drink theme will feature prominently with the Food NI Pavilion likely to include upward of 100 local food and drink companies promoting their products.
