I would apologise to any customers who felt my service was below par, or felt I was grumpy or short tempered in recent months. I have apologised to more people this year than in my previous 60.
I have been in severe pain for the last 6 months and on heavy medication. I was able to get my spine repaired with titanium plates and screws at the end of October.
I asked them to use aluminium but they refused in case it came from Vietnam. They confirmed that Chinese aluminium would be equivalent to titanium but would need proof of country of origin. I look forward to giving normal service in 2016. David Totten
