Good news for local supplier Hughes Mushrooms, as its ‘FilledFullOf’ range of prepared mushrooms is set to be sold in all the Northern Ireland Tesco stores.
The company has been winning awards and new contracts all year.
Now supplying its range of mushrooms to Aldi Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s, the company is going from strength to strength.
