At the Breffni Mushrooms stand the company were cooking up some nice mushrooms for conference attendees to savour.
The Irish Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture met with Eugene Kiernan at the stand for a wee chin wag, and then got to taste the lovely mushrooms being cooked up.
Eugene, MD of Breffni Mushrooms, told the Irish Farmers Journal in conference week that sourcing staff was his main worry. “We’re looking at recruiting workers in Bulgaria,” he said.
