News arrived mid-summer that the All Ireland and UK Mushroom Conference is once again set to take place in Monaghan later in the year.
The 2015 event will be hosted in the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan town on the 15th October. The event and trade show will be sponsored by Bord Bia and growers from Ireland and the UK are all invited to attend. Organisers plan to have a full programme
