Stalker was heartened to see that the Italian restaurant chains Carluccio and Zizzi are considering a move to Belfast. The city eating scene is pretty vibrant at the moment and can only be enhanced by such renowned chains opening outlets there.
Antonio Carluccio is of course famed for his love of mushrooms in particular. Although the great gastronome himself is no longer involved with the running of the restaurants which bear his name, his ethos still pervades the restaurants modus operandi.
Stalker for one cannot wait to visit the big smoke and get munching down on some mushroom meals at the Carluccio and Zizzi chains.
