It’s all very interesting and ambitious and all that. However it was the very first sentence of the document that caused a slight nausea, with the line –“Ireland’s agri-food industry is on a journey...”
O dear, it looks as if the corporate speak has infested the authors of the food wise vision. Perhaps the agri-food industry is off on holiday on the Orient Express? Or taking a gap year, to travel the world? Who knows!
Anyway, “going forward” (is there any other direction we travel through time in?) if they could lay off the corporate brand speak, it might make their output more readable.
