The fastest growing language in the world is apparently the emoji pictogram language.
The emoticons have been about since the days of Yahoo and MSN messenger, and the Unicode Consortium is an independent web standardisation group that approves and releases them.
Next year 38 new emojis will be added, including plenty of foodstuffs, such as bacon, potatoes, carrots cucumbers and the croissant.
Stalker would hope that the fresh mushroom will be included, as one wouldn’t want to be left behind in the progression of this fascinating new lingo.
