Stalker heard a few words of wisdom from days gone by recently.

Back in 1985 when a young scientist was starting out at a compost yard in the industry, she asked the head man what were the hours of work.

His answer was;” whenever the work’s done, you go home.”

So it was then, and it ain’t a bad wee aphorism for work in the mushroom sector even these days.
