A New York Times piece on weekending in Belfast carried a wee bit about the best Ulster fry in town. They plumped for Bright’s no-frills restaurant for the top contender.
Bright’s fry at the amazingly low price of £3.50 consists of “a plate packed with eggs, sausages, potato bread, soda bread, bacon and black pudding, along with grilled mushrooms and tomatoes as a (meaningless) gesture toward health consciousness.”
Good to see the mushrooms being computed as the healthy component of said fry. It sounds very tempting!
