TEAGASC ADVISOR

There's been a bit of movement in Teagasc of late, with some changes in personnel and even geographical locations.

The new Mushroom Advisor at Teagasc is Dermot Callaghan, who is located in Kilkenny.

Dermot was formerly a mushroom grower himself and worked as well with Walsh Mushrooms before joining Teagasc, where he was a Teagasc  Fruit Advisor.

Dermot replaces Tom Kellegeher as mushroom advisor, as Tom has now moved on to become Teagasc  regional manager for Longford Roscommon.

We wish both men all the best in their new positions.
