Stalker notes that the Meadow Mushrooms $120 million development in New Zealand has now been completed.

This massive investment in the production site for mushrooms shows some confidence in the burgeoning demand for the produce there.

Roughly converted, that $120 million is equal to £60 million sterling or €75 million - that's a lot of moolah for the mushrooms.
