Mushroom based drinks seemed to be sprouting up everywhere of late.
There's the new "sports" drink from North Korea, Kombucha from Gweedore, and now Coon Fresh from Ernakulam in the beautiful state of Kerala in India.
Stalker thinks that coon is the word for mushroom in the local tongue Malayalam- a lovely palindrome, don't you reckon.
The company making the drink is also making ice cream and cake from mushrooms. Just goes to show that there are tastes out there for all sorts of mushroom products.
