Vacuum Coolers can be included as wet kits system for hydro-chilling moisture sensitive products.
Totten is offering pallets of the new vacuum coolers which are supplied to plug and play as the advert says.
The new coolers are built from European components and are shipped into Dublin. Already there has been interest in the coolers in Ireland with one customer requesting a 2 pallet machine capable of cooling 700 kg of mushrooms per cycle.
The customer also plumped for the option of German vacuum pumps and delivery to Dublin.
