Stalker was chuffed to hear that the wedding of Francisco Arqueros and his fiancée Tanya took place in June. The couple were married in the magnificent City Hall in Belfast.
They then had a lovely two week honeymoon in Almeria in Spain. Francisco, who wrote a PhD based on the working conditions in the Irish Mushroom industry, is currently teaching at NUI Maynooth and has been awarded a postdoc fellowship - a research project about unemployment in Spain.
The new research means they will be moving to Spain for 2 years, then back to Ireland for the final year.
