The Mushroom Business also carried news of the opening of the new mushroom pavilion of De Locht agricultural museum in Melderslo in the Netherlands.
As is evident from the photos of the new building its design is in keeping with its subject - a very clever mushroom form, semi-submerged, with striking radial gills forming the superstructure of the piece.
At a cost of €800K, the chairman of De Locht said it was worth every cent. Surely it is a new 'must go' destination for any mushroom growing aficionados out there.
