There are many metrics that are used to assess the health or otherwise of a country's, or continent's economy.

One of the surest indicators that business is good and that the economy is in a healthy condition is the new car sales stat.

In both the UK and Ireland new car sales are booming again, to levels not seen in 8 years.

This always bodes well for all the other economic stats, things are on the up!
