News that Ireland has the fifth most innovative agri-food sector in Europe, according to a study emanating from UCD, is a welcome fillip to the agriculture sector in the country.
Ireland comes in behind Denmark , Finland, Germany and of course The Netherlands. Stalker wonders how the university folk manage to collate the data then rate the countries involved.
No doubt they have huge computational resources at their disposal - it still boggles the mind though.
