The latest diet to hit the media of late is a new fangled one with an old-fangled idea – the hour glass diet.
The Food hourglass by 28 yr old Belgian doctor Kris Verburgh is apparently the new kid on the block as far as regimens go. Stalker happily notes that mushrooms make it into the good portion of the hourglass.
It’s meant to be an anti-ageing diet that also just happens to keep you lean as well. Fancy that.
