There must be some cooling necessary in the mushroom growing operations in Australia at the moment.

With temperatures well in excess of 40C, the highest since 1908, in most of the major southern Australian cities, the heat is most definitely on.

Let’s hope our Aussie friends get some respite from the phenomenal heat soon.
