The start of December has brought a miniature cold snap with it - a taster of things to come, maybe.
The Met Office in the UK and Met Éireann have both been at pains recently to indicate that any forecast longer than 5 days is not really too reliable and any more than 2 weeks is outright fanciful. So talk of 100 days of snow ahead have been ridiculed.
Stalker ain't making any predictions. Just wrap up warm and the dark nights will soon be turning as we tilt back and head towards the sunnier part of the year. Keep apprised at www.met.ie or at www.metoffice.gov.uk.
