LASAGNE GALORE

Stalker spotted a recipe for lasagne  which could, by itself, boost mushroom sales around the country.

The recipe  for a butternut squash, mushroom and taleggio lasagne eschews the more popular meat ingredient and goes heavy on the mushrooms.

  The recipe requires 1 Kg of button mushrooms. Quite the mushroom dish!
