Eagle-eyed conference attendees may have spotted the celebrity presence at the event. Lurking in the Hotel foyer was none other than Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney. Perhaps he was after a fancy coffee, which he could have sampled at the Monaghan Mushroom stand.
