JFM have just delivered their first Champion Hercules.
James Quinn from Golden Vale Mushrooms, Co. Tipperary received his new Hercules Head Filling V-Series fast filling Machine. This V – Series Hercules head filling machine will fill compost and casing at 10.5m per minute.
James' customised machine includes casing and compost belt heaters, compost weighing load cell, auto-greasing, wireless remote control, controlled watering of compost and casing and finishing ruffling axial. This machine is used for mechanical filling of compost and casing in bulk onto shelving.
The filling process is complimented with other machines, such as a compost hopper, casing hopper, conveyor belts (both for compost and casing) and pulling winch.
