There was more TV mushrooms this month when the beeb show Countryfile re showed a visit to  a  mushroom grower in Snowdonia in Wales.

The grower explained how he was growing shiitake mushrooms in two smallish shed sized metal containers.

The fungi looked suitably impressive and the presenter looked very impressed with taste of the mushrooms fried and served on some bread.
