There's a foraging weekend coming up on the 8th-10th November at the Park Hotel Kenmare, Co. Kerry. Mushroom expert Bill O' Dea , chef James Coffey and Gregory Alken of Febvre wine, are collaborating to host the event.
O'Dea will lead foraging excursions into the woods surrounding the hotel. Coffey will be cooking up the harvested 'shrooms and the wine expert will be selecting the appropriate vinos.
