It was remiss ofStalker not to comment on the news that there’ll be an All Ireland Mushroom Industry Conference this year.
It’s hard to believe that two years have passed since the last one.
Once again everyone concerned with the industry in Ireland will congregate in Monaghan for a few days to soak up what is new in the industry, to catch up on changes in technologies and practices, and of course , to meet old friends and possibly make new ones.
One thing about the conference, you can always bet on a good bit of crack, plenty of bonhomie and learning a thing or two.
