Now you can buy Umami Dust. It’s the latest potion from Laura Santini, a blend of tomato, lemon, garlic, anchovy, spices, balsamic vinegar and porcini.
It is to be used as table seasoning and costs €3.95 from Fallon & Byrne, £2.99 from Waitrose and Tesco.
