None other than Confucius had a pithy remark to aid us in these tough economic times – “He who does not economise will have to agonise”. Stalker wonders did he really say that? It certainly does have economy of phrasing.
It reminds Stalker of that old economics joke about “Fluctuations”, but it came from a less politically correct time, and would not go down too well in this era of Chinese near global hegemony.
