J F McKenna had a nice big centre spread in the latest edition of the Mushroom Business magazine.
The piece concentrated on the “Mushroom Sheds” supplied by the Armagh company.
It was noted that the mushroom houses went by different names in different part s of the globe – in North America they’re known as “Quonsets” and in Australia “Igloos”, in Europe “Sheds” and in Ireland “Tunnels”.
There’s no chance for confusion there then – it’s nice to have that terminological debate settled.
