TUNNEL VISION

Folk pitching up for The Balmoral Show this year were confronted with the sight of a fully formed mushroom tunnel at the event.

Two local companies, Producer organisation Northway and leading horticultural supply company J.F.Mc Kenna, along with two local growers father and son duo Anthony and Declan Mc Keever were the main driving force behind the stand at the show.

According to all reports the event was a great success, with lots of interaction between the milling crowds and the mushroom stand.

Let’s hope the new feature becomes permanent or at least semi-permanent at the new location for The Balmoral Show in the future.
