Stalker notes that Sylvan man Mel O Rourke has landed a new post in the new ministerial appointed group in the Republic called Organic Focus.
Mel, the well known Managing Director of both Sylvan Ireland and Sylvan Europe, has been selected to chair the new group.
Sylvan have recently achieved Organic Status with the UK Soil Association for its new Red Yeast Rice product apparently.
The minister Shane McEntee spoke in glowing terms about his fellow Meath man, and said he was delighted that Mel was able to find the time to chair the new group.
