FALLOUT

The fallout from the fatal accident at mushroom farm in British Columbia continues.

The inquest into the fatalities is continuing with the coroner's jury sifting through a morass of contradictory and often damning testimony.

The anguish of the victims’ families is plain to all.

Hopefully the lessons from that tragedy will be learned.
