Oil has been a problem, now water is the problem – at least in England anyway.
Scare stories about higher prices for water hungry crops are popping up in the media. As we all know, mushrooms are pretty water hungry as crops go.
At least in Ireland there is no shortage of the wet stuff! Mind you with talk of metering for water both North and South, we won’t be taking the old H2O for granted for much longer.
