Stalker was intrigued to learn from one of the Sunday papers that Charlene McKenna of TV fame attended her 21st birthday party in one of her family’s mushroom houses.
Charlene of Raw fame, the hot restaurant drama on RTE, hails from the Monaghan Town of Glaslough, where her family have an extensive mushroom farm.
Stalker noted that a 40th birthday party was held in a mushroom house in the Brantry last year.
Who knew that the old green tunnels were the happening venue for parties around the country. As Del Boy would have said – “you know it makes sense Rodney”.
