Stalker was amazed to see that Poundland in the UK are now doing a mushroom growing kit.
And of course, the kit costs all of one pound. There must really be a resurgence in grow your own if Poundland are now getting in on it.
Could this grow your own kit actually become a challenge to the fresh produce in the supermarket, rather than just the hobbyist home grower niche that it used to facilitate?
Probably not is the answer, but at the same time one wonders what the produce from the £1 kit is like...?
